To fix back pain is always a serious problem. Among men and women, backache is fast becoming a critical problem. It is not a respecter of sex, geography or status. Backache is most common in the lower back (‘lumbago’), although it can be felt anywhere along your spine, from your neck down to your hips. According to the UK’s National Health Service (NHS) website, back pain aren’t caused by serious damage or disease but by minor sprains, strains or injuries, or a pinched or irritated nerve.
